Terms and Conditions

• In the event of late cancellation (within 4 days) and of No Shows we must reserve the right to charge the full amount. 
• Payment of the balance of the total cost becomes payable on the last day of the visit or at the end of each week whichever is the shortest.
• The accommodation is available from 4 PM on the day of arrival.  Check ins AFTER 8 PM must provide prior notice! The accommodation must be vacated by 12 AM on the morning of departure. We are however as flexible as possible with that. If the accommodation is not occupied you can get the accommodation early on your date of arrival and check out late on your date of departure. You can always bring in your luggage early on the day of arrival and leave your luggage with us for the remaining of the day of departure.
• Guests must undertake to keep the the premises and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the stay and also undertakes to leave the premises in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order as when they arrived. 
• Pets are welcome according to prior agreement.
• The number of persons using the accommodation is not to exceed the number booked in to use the accommodation. 
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking already made if the accommodation becomes unavailable for reasons outside of our control. Our limit of liability shall be a full refund of monies paid.
• All guests must act in a reasonable manner and have consideration for other guests staying at the premisis.
• We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property however caused.
• lf any guest (s) fails to observe any of the conditions we reserve the right to require the guest (s) to vacate the accommodation at once without any recompense.
